How to claim SuperEnalotto, SuperStar and SiVinceTutto prizes
Did you play to SuperEnalotto, SuperStar, or SiVinceTutto and you have won something? Congratulations! To claim your prize and cash it out you must follow different procedures depending on how you chose to purchase your ticket and how much you won.
On this page you can find out how to cash out a prize if you played by a retailer shop or online, how much time you have to claim the prize, which are the encashment fees and what happens to the unclaimed prizes.
Claim a prize from a winning ticket sold by a physical retailer
In order to claim a prize from a SuperEnalotto winning ticket which you purchased from one Italy-based physical retailer, tickets must be presented intact and in their original form . The ticket is in fact considered to be the only valid title which allows to proceed with the payment of the prize.

Il pagamento delle vincite è legato all'importo della vincita stessa e viene fatto in accordo alle seguenti modalità:
- If the amount of the prize won is equal to or less than 520,00€ the money prize can be collected directly, in cash or by non-transferable bank check, from any SuperEnalotto authorized retailer.
- If the amount of the prize won is equal to or less than 5200,00€ the money prize can be collected, in cash, by bank transfer or by non-transferable bank check, at the retail point of sale where the winning ticket was sold
- If the amount of the prize won is equal to or less than 52.000,00€ the money prize can be collected only by bank transfer or by non-transferable bank check, and only by previous reservation, in some specific retail points of sale which are authorized to pay these prizes.
- Prizes whose amount is over 52.000,00€ can be paid only upon presentation of the game receipt in the Sisal prizes offices, from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 13.00, in one of the following locations:

Legal rules relating to prizes payment
In accordance with D.L. 21 novembre 2007, n. 231, which which defines anti-money laundering rules and regulates the use of bank checks, postal checks, cashier’s checks and cash payments, from 30th April 2008 retailers, agencies and payment points can no longer:
- pay prizes with an amount equal to or greater than € 5,000.00 in cash
- pay prizes with bank or postal checks that have an amount equal to or greater than € 5,000.00, without filling in the name and company name of the beneficiary and with any type of check that is not "non-transferable".

The prize payment can only take place after a specific request to a Sisal payment point. In order to claim the prize you must present the following documents:
- Fiscal code (codice fiscale)
- A valid ID
- The detailed printing of the winning ticket and the ID code (codice di identificazione) of your online gaming account
Offices will check your documents and then they will take care of the payment of the sum due, while ensuring the anonymity of the winner.
Deadline to claim SuperEnalotto prizes
Prizes up to 520,00€
The winning ticket receipt can be presented at any physical point of sale within 60 calendar days from the day following the drawing and the subsequent publication of the General Official Bulletin (Bollettino Ufficiale Generale).
It can also be presented after the 60th calendar day, but no later than the 90th calendar day after the day following the drawing and subsequent publication of the Bollettino Ufficiale Generale, in Sisal prizes offices, from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 13.00, in:

- Viale Sacco e Vanzetti 89 - 00155 Roma
Prizes up to 5200,00€
The winning ticket receipt can be presented to the specific retailer where the ticket was sold within 60 calendar days from the day following the drawing and the subsequent publication in the Bollettino Ufficiale Generale.
It can also be presented after the 60th calendar day, but no later than the 90th calendar day after the day following the drawing and subsequent publication of the Bollettino Ufficiale Generale, in Sisal prizes offices, from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 13.00, in:

Prizes between € 5200,00 and € 52.000,00
The winning ticket receipt can be presented at one of the designated payment points authorized to pay these prizes within 60 calendar days from the from the day following the drawing and the subsequent publication in the Bollettino Ufficiale Generale.
It can also be presented after the 60th calendar day, but no later than the 90th calendar day after the day following the drawing and subsequent publication of the Bollettino Ufficiale Generale, in Sisal prizes offices, from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 13.00, in:

Payment will take place within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the winning receipt.
Prizes between € 52.000,00 and € 1.000.000
The winning ticket receipt must be presented no later than 90 calendar day after the day following the drawing and subsequent publication of the Bollettino Ufficiale Generale, exclusively in the Sisal prizes offices, from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 13.00, in:

Payment will take place within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the winning receipt.
Prizes over 1.000.000€
The winning ticket receipt must be presented no later than 90 calendar day after the day following the drawing and subsequent publication of the Bollettino Ufficiale Generale, exclusively in the Sisal prizes offices, from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 13.00, in:

Payment will take place within 31 calendar days from the date of delivery of the winning receipt, unless a conflicting complaint is submitted
Encashment fees
Encashment fees are paid by the winner according to the following table:
- No encashment fee for prizes with an amount equal to or less than € 100,00
- € 1.03 for winnings between € 100.01 and € 300.00
- € 3.10 for winnings between € 300.01 and € 1,000.00
- € 6.20 for winnings between € 1,000.01 and € 5,200.00
- for winnings up to € 52,000.00, a € 5,16 transfer booking fee applies in the payment points.
12% withholding tax on prizes exceeding 500€
In accordance with D.L. 24 aprile 2017, n. 50 and with l. 21 giugno 2017, n. 96 concerning public games, to apply from 1 ottobre 2017, all prizes worth over 500€ will undergo a 12% withholding on the prize amount exceeding € 500. The prize will be paid after deduction of the applied withholding tax.
Unclaimed prizes
In the event that the holder of a winning ticket does not claim and collect the prize within the time limits established by the regulation, the entire sum won will be paid to the tax authorities..
